Write to [email protected]. Include your macOS version, app version, and a brief description of the issue. Please avoid sending private videos or Photos-library exports unless we specifically need them to investigate and you consent to share them.
Product support
The app is a native Mac utility for your own Photos library. For deletion recovery, check Recently Deleted in Photos first. If iCloud Photos is enabled, changes may also appear on your other devices.
Billing
The current release is free and has no checkout. If paid sales open later, this page will provide billing support instructions and the checkout receipt will identify the payment provider.
